As the museum’s creative technologist I led experiments in art and technology and modernized the museum’s digital platforms.

At SFMOMA I championed an innovative and ethical technology strategy, and through advocacy and consensus building within the organization, executed this strategy in the form of policy, services, and creative methods of audience engagement.

I developed a framework for building and launching budget conscious digital initiatives. This framework facilitated the launch of several sites essential to the museum’s mission including www.sfmoma.org.

My projects at SFMOMA included Rethink: Web, an investigation into the limitations of the modern web, and Send Me SFMOMA, a method of searching the museum’s collection via SMS.
